Job Title : HR and Admin Intern
Reports to : Admin Finance Officer
Duty Station : Tyre

Job Purpose:
The HR and admin intern works under the supervision of the INTERSOS Admin Finance Officer and is responsible for supporting INTERSOS activities and staff with admin/finance tasks on a daily basis to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Generic Duties:
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations:
- Maintain a tight and clear archiving system for all financial and administrative documents
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
Main Activities:
- Encoding/registration of payments for data entry in INTERSOS accountancy.
- Process backup reports after data entry.
- Assist in preparing projects financial reports.
- Pull out all past projects archived invoices for VAT purposes (upon request).
- Setup employee files
- Keep and maintain each staff dossier in order and update (Contract, amendment, CV, ID, pictures, warning letter, all the documents as from Staff recruitment policy, resignation letter, leave requests, sickness certificate, etc.)
- Support in the monthly attendance sheet checking (contractual leaves, sick leaves and their balances)
- Any other task relevant to the work of the department
Other Specific Duties:
(Can be adapted to the particularities of the job location and the requirement of the project. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hire).
Education:
- Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or Equivalent

- 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Computer literacy (Word, Advanced Excel – proficient in formulas and charting, outlook)
- Analytical and reporting skills
