Facilitator In Beirut

War Child Holland in Lebanon is looking for a facilitator to facilitate a 4 day workshop. The workshop is a kick- off of a new Psychosocial Support Project. The project involves WCH- Lebanon as the main implementer and WCH-UK in Jordan. There are 15 participants, who are mainly managers.     Expected outputs: I. Designs and facilitates 4 days interactive workshop. The Facilitator should share the plan and the sample of the facilitation material for workshop before the event to incorporate feedback timely II. Prepares and shares a brief note on workshop learning within 1 week after the workshop ends   The consultant will be responsible for the smooth running of the meeting including but not restricted to:     Designs an appropriate process of the workshop leading to the desired results Advises the participants on the processes and meeting agenda Ensures that participants are available and on time to perform their roles. Facilitates the plenary sessions of the meeting Coordinates a team of note taking and report writing Creates a facilitation scheduled, including roles and assigned responsibilities for participants Daily prepares for the meeting sessions Produces documentation of the proceedings of the meeting & carry out the final editing of the report
