Senior Payroll Officer

Responsible for enrolling employees/families in the NSSF Responsible for registering and unregistering employees from the NSSF Examine the NSSF Report on monthly and periodic basis and yearly statement in coordination with the Accounting department Prepare the NSSF Forms required for hospitalization and submit them to the NSSF for approval Prepare follow up the employees medicines’ report on periodic basis to be submitted to the NSSF for examination Handle all payments (including  payments of the approved medicines fees to the employees, as received from the NSSF in coordination with the accounting department Stamp the official warning  letters from the ministry of labor Responsible for Ministry Of Finance regulations updates Maintain Ministry Of Finance documents such R10, R5, R6, R8...... Prepare salaries, Overtime, transportation, other benefits payments on monthly basis Implement and follow up the implementation of new payroll system in coordination with the HR Manager Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data, and by project basis according to HR manager Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential Update payroll records by entering new employee information and changes related to existing Staff Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation Prepare and calculate employees EOSI provisions on monthly basis Prepare complex payroll and human resource information for data input and assist with checking, quality control and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy, service quality and data integrity.   Business Skills Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally Work cooperatively and effectively with others Strong understanding of Labor law and NSSF regulations Excellent grasp of payroll principles Strong organizational skills, initiative, ability to prioritize work Strong ability to multi-task and respond to unanticipated requests quickly Ability to perform several tasks with attention to detail Ability to perform essential functions under stressful and changing conditions and represent the department in a professional manner Ability to maintain outstanding working relationships with external and internal sources Strong Problem solving and analytical skills Ability to show initiative and take responsibility Excellent oral and written communication skills Exhibit ownership, loyalty and confidentiality Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems Computer Skills Microsoft Office – highly skilled in all applications HR/Accounting software Good typing skills in Arabic
