English Teacher For Women Program

The English teacher will work on teaching English as second language for women on beginner and intermediate level. Key Responsibilities Teach basic academic skills, including alphabet, letter recognition, numbers and other English lessons. Coordinate with program Social Worker. Conduct regular meetings with the program Coordinator. Knowledge, Skills and Personal Attributes Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and team working skills Good cultural awareness and sensitivity Highly approachable, trustworthy and confidential Experience in planning class programs Experience in teaching adults Fluency in written and spoken English Working Hours 15 hours/ week
