Provide specialized assistance to the EC in programme management and effective implementation of activities;
Act as the focal point for the sub-offices in Sarafand, Zahle and Qobayat on issues related to administrative procedures (Admin/Finance/Procurement and logistics), conducting frequent field visit to the sub-offices and program activities.
As requested by the EC, provide support to the Emergency Field Team Leaders and program staff in the sub-offices in the preparation of and follow-up on their periodic reporting and work plans;
When needed participate in field-based inter-sectoral/agency meetings in support of the Emergency Team Leaders and as requested by the EC;
Contribute to the development of periodic and ad hoc reports on program implementation progress. In close coordination with the EC support the development and implementation of systems to monitor progress of program activities;
Provide inputs into the emergency response and stabilization monitoring and evaluation activities.
Assist the EC in ensuring complementarity of emergency response and stabilization programming among the various program sectors;
Perform any other related duties and tasks as may be assigned by the EC.
