Project Coordinator

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager. The incumbent will perform the following duties:   Launch, Implement and Supervise project activities for youth and women in a timely manner; Maintain regular written and oral reporting with the Programme Manager; Act as field focal point for RET Liban; Ensure proper coordination between RET Liban and local and national governments; Develop and maintain project records such as databases, reports and records of decisions.  Qualifications & Expertise  University degree in related field Minimum 2 years of related experience Proven ability to negotiate multiple relationships with various partners Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging situations Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel Ability to work flexibly and under difficult circumstances Experience in the education sector, and education programs for peace, and/ or experience working with youth and women would be an asset;  Arabic: Fluent English and / or French : Very good      Experience required:  1 to 2 years   Education degree: Bachelor Degree
