MOSAIC is offering the chance for unpaid internship/volunteer, for national and international students specializing in audiovisual fields (e.g. Media, filmmaking, photography, visual art etc.) to acquire work experience within their field of studies and to:
Put into practice their field of study
Gain work experience in a regional organization
Contribute to one of first humanitarian pilot projects with transgender individuals.
Typical tasks:
One-to-one meeting with the beneficiaries
Conceptualization of the testimonies
Assisting the beneficiaries in delivering their message.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: for a person to be taken into consideration as an Internship/Volunteer:
The intern is an individual who is studying for a university degree such as Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. (or the equivalent) or have graduated from such studies within one year prior to the application date of the Internship/Volunteer.
the successful completion of a secondary school and the minimum age of 18 is mandatory.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST
be proficient in English and Arabic
be computer literate in standard software applications
demonstrate a keen interest in the work of Non-profit organizations
demonstrate the ability to successfully interact with different cultural backgrounds/beliefs
have successfully completed a secondary school
be at least 18 years of age

Mena Organization for Service, Advocacy, Integration and Capacity building (MOSAIC), is looking for Internship/Volunteer in media and filmmaking. Students from these disciplines are welcome to apply, and depending on qualifications, shall be selected for Internship/Volunteer that relate either to the organization's strategic activities or to project-basis functions. Internship/Volunteer will allow the successful candidates to have the opportunity to work closely with beneficiaries and help them translate their testimonies using audio-visual cues.
