Youth Officer

In partnership with UNICEF, LebRelief-LRC wishes to recruit Youth Officer of the below responsibilities, skills, and qualifications Main Responsibilities: Ensure that the Youth program implemented will prepare youth for success and increase their employability. Ensure quality and child protection standards are respected in the Youth program Assess the need of Youth and plan activities related to the needs based on close and constructive communication with them Assess the program requirements of the youth in Tripoli Plan and implement best outreach strategies to reach most vulnerable Youth for them to benefit from the program Ensure that the program information is available and accessible Encourage local most affected Youth to participate in the program Plan, organize, and implement the Youth program to reach its objectives Support local initiatives and new creative ideas Promote the Youth program Coordinate with local stakeholders to promote the Youth program Identify suitable sites to implement Youth program activities Identify consultants, trainers, local NGOs, and enterprises for the Youth program Monitor and evaluate program achievements, reach targeted goals, recommend modifications and plan weekly staff meetings Reports to Projects Coordinator Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge in behavior patterns of youth Knowledge in methods of modifying behavior Extensive knowledge in entrepreneurship Knowledge and experience in Tripoli city dynamics and sensitivity Excellent communication, writing, and analysis skills
