Job Role: the qualified doctor has the roole to explore the children’s problems and concerns and to start to identify the reasons for their ill health. The doctor shall start by preparing for the consultation for 500 children in the four KGs to ensure children health status. Based on the rapport result, the doctor may refer the children to secondary or primary healthcare.   Job Responsibilities: The doctor will provide general medical consultation in 4 KGs for 500 children in Saida and Beirut area including Ein AL Helwe and Shatila camp. The doctor shall start to plan an optimal setting for consultation since the children are categorized between 3-5 years old. Depending on the children’s health condition, a treatment process will be set. The doctor shall follow up the children during the project duration that will last 7 months. The main tasks and responsibilities: Develop a plan to address the children in the 4 KGs after completing children evaluation Submit reports based on the need assessment for children health condition  on weekly/monthly basis Conduct One-to-one consultations /diagnostics (near-patient testing) Issue Drug prescribing Check children’s’ test results and advocating the right course of action to take based on the project actions (secondary or primary) ; Coordinate with the hospitals contracted by IRL regarding the referral cases  Respond to medical/health problems presented by children including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate; Maintain confidentiality and impartiality; Follow up the children in the 4 KGs based on the project duration   3-2 Report and Formulation of Recommendations Following the tasks/responsibilities mentioned, the doctor shall submit final report at the end of the project including children evaluations, set treatment for children and provide medical case reviews, with needed documentation as needed in English with recommendation.   3-3 KGs’ geographical areas: KG name Number of children Address 1.       Social Welfare KG 110 Saida - Ein Al Helwi Camp 2.       The Happy House 41 Saida - Villat 3.       Refugee’s Dreams 268 Beirut- Shatila camp 4.       Childhood and Motherhood 84 Saida – Industrial area
