  Purpose of the position Creating and organising data base system with protection and quality control   Duration 6 months renewable based on funds availability   Major Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: Documentation/ reporting/ Data Creating of Data base system Verifying and entering the data received from partners Ensuring the accuracy of the Data Consolidating the data and submitting one report to the management Setting tools to facilitate extraction of data and statistical results Working Relationships:   Contact Reason for Contact Frequency of Contact MEAL Specialist Line Manager Daily PDM Department Manager Monthly Other Staff   Occasionally     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES         Education University degree in computer sciences or equivalent   Experience 2 years of experience in manipulating data and creating data systems     Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
