Relying on the principles of equality and equal opportunity and justice, NABAD aims to raise public awareness on citizenship, child protection, democracy , human rights, promote gender equality, empower youth and women, and establish the concept of tolerance, conflict resolution and citizen participation.      Nabad revolves on developing the Lebanese community in general and the local community in particular, especially by supporting and developing poor families and enhancing the educational, cultural, daily and social situation of the marginalized and underprivileged categories, and provide them with sound management in order to reach a motivating development environment for creativity in order to consolidate, build and develop the capacities of the local community and the civil institutions, and provide the developing services which have a continuous aspect.    Nabad is implementinh=g a Gebder Based Violence project to improve knowledge of, access to, and utilization of gender appropriate Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights services for Syrian refugees and Lebanese host community members. Scope of Work: The  Team Leader will be responsible for the supervision and support of the Soxcial workers to ensure good delivery of  activities in the area of intervention.  T. The Team Leader will provide training and coaching to his/her team, and will ensure regular monitoring and overview on all Case Work activities. The Team Leader will also supervise workers delivering both community based and mobile  activities  to ensure good quality programming and to facilitate the allocation of cases identified for casework support through  activities. Duties:  - XCoordinate with the project coordinator to ensure tthat the activities are implemented smoothly. - Foolow up with social workers Nd coordinate the trainings for the team - prepare weekly & monthly reports. -Manage the center and follow up all logistics issues. Driving Licenses is essential.

The SGBV Team Leader will be responsible for the supervision and support of the SGBV Case Workers/Psychosocial Support Workers to ensure good delivery of SGBV activities in the area of intervention. The Team Leader will support the development of casework services along with coordination of awareness activity sessions, Psychosocial Support Activities for Women and Girls, work with Volunteers and other specific activities linked with the team. The Team Leader will provide training and coaching to his/her team, and will ensure regular monitoring and overview on all Case Work activities. The Team Leader will also supervise workers delivering both static and mobile PSS activities for women and girls to ensure good quality programming and to facilitate the allocation of cases identified for casework support through PSS activities.The Team Leader will also be responsible for liaison with other teams and projects within the RHSU to ensure good coordination at all times.
