  Job description   All INTERSOS employees and consultants are expected to perform their roles and responsibilities according to INTERSOS chart of values and code of ethics. The job description is mandatory for all position within INTERSOS and shall be signed by employee within the first week of employment.     Job Title        : CSMC Field Monitor Reports to       : CSMC Coordinator   Duty Station    : Mount Lebanon Position Type   : Full time   Job Purpose: The CSMC Field Monitors will be responsible for regular supporting committee formation in targeted collective sites, ensuring regular monitoring and follow up of targeted collective sites (including provision of, and access to, services for residents) and enhancing coordination of relevant stakeholders.     Generic Duties: Undertake regular field visits to collective sites that are supported and routinely updated site information in structured site profiles Directly support implementation of trainings for community members residing in targeted collective sites Thoroughly investigate surrounding community capacities in order to creatively leverage opportunities for collective site residents to enjoy better access to services and other activities including vocational training Participate and ensure to strengthen community-based and self-management structures by establishing Refugee Committees in collective sites ensuring AGDM under the supervision of the CSMC Coordinator. Ensure service delivery in selected collective sites in Mount Lebanon in order to improve access to information and needed services. To ensure the monitoring of general conditions of the collective sites by following up on incidents and urgent cases. Conduct and facilitate trainings with the refugee committees in order to build capacities, improve identification and response to protection threats affecting the communities Conduct recreational, psychosocial activities, life skills activities, mentoring and ad hoc trainings for committee members       Specific Duties: (Can be adapted to the particularities of the job location and the requirement of the project. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired).   Education: University degree Social Science or equivalent.   Competencies:  (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)   Professional Competencies: -       Previous experience in humanitarian Work (working on refugee related legal problems) -       Knowledge on how to communicate with vulnerable population groups, such as women, children, youth, elderly, disable and refugees -       Excellent knowledge and understanding of local communities and customary rules;     Behavioural competencies: -                      Excellent communication and organization; -                      Punctuality and respect for applicable rules and procedures; -                      Ethical and transparent decision-making; -                      Independence, i.e. conducting tasks with minimal supervision, and stress resilience; -                      Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work;     Languages: -                      Excellent command of (written and spoken) Arabic and English;
