Comply with the professional practice standards for Nurses Maintain good team work Assess the beneficiary’s situation through Triage Conduct all nursing work as well as vaccination services and related information Carry first aid when required Provide family planning services and counselling Develop and maintain patient records and enter data in their files Assist doctors at the Primary Health care Center Ensure the availability of all supplies and equipment for the PHC clinic Review and document test results and follow up with doctors and clients Prepare monthly statistics for the Ministry of Health and the Health Information System Department Provide health education to families and individuals inside the Center and in the community as needed Participate in follow up on school health  for students within the scope of the Center’s work Conduct early diagnosis for Non- communicable diseases Participate in the planning for assessment of needs and its implementation within the geographical area of the PHC Prevent and combat the spread of infection in the health Center and apply all measures for disinfection and sterilization Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Director of the PHC Center.
