Community Mobilizer

Overall responsibility Responsible of the day to day capacity building of community leaders and of supervising the activities run directly by them   Tasks and Responsibilities:   Identify and develop relationships with key community leaders Organise and deliver training to identified community leaders for them to cascade the information to the community, and provide constant in-job coaching Support community leaders in organising independent activities and developing a work plan Support the M&E department in establishing community reporting mechanisms and supervise their use on field Facilitate coordination meetings with community leaders at SDC level Monitor the implementation of the work plan of the community leaders and monitor the quality of implementation by observation and using dedicated tools.
