Child Protection Assistant

Overall responsibility: Responsible of the delivery of CP awareness sessions to caregivers, adolescents and children and of monitoring that the work carried out on field is according to plan and of high quality. Responsible of supporting the identification of child protection cases to be managed.   Tasks and Responsibilities:   Implementation of awareness sessions for caregivers, adolescents and children on CP topics Assess needs of children and caregivers in the community by participating in safety assessments and community mapping exercises and support outreach activities Support the identification of Child Protection cases to be addressed and participate in regular case management meetings and conferences (if needed) to ensure quality of service provision, together with Case Manager Help the Officer to organize daily and weekly activities, and contribute to logistical/admin work. In charge of data collection and reporting at field level, under supervision of Protection officer Contribute to administering surveys at field level
