Concultancy: Web Developer

CRS is seeking a web developer Consultant to support the MENTOR project by developing a web platform that enables partner staff and nascent NGOs to network, communicate, and interact regularly through an array of methods such as idea forums and event publicity boards.  Specific activities and deliverables from consultancy: 1. Design a web-based platform that can host a virtual network for CRS, partner organizations, and NGOs, with the capacity for web traffic and users from 90 nascent NGOs.  2. Integrate existing social media networks and platforms into the new centralized website. 3. Ensure the platform is user-friendly and requires minimal upkeep but has sufficient security.  4. Provide trainings on using and maintaining the platform for the partner organizations in conjunction with 30 nascent NGOs in Lebanon and 60 nascent NGOs in Tunisia.
