Set the advocacy strategy in line with mental health and substance use programme, using a participatory approach and focuisng on human rights
Support the rolling out of the QualityRights
Set an implementation plan for the advocacy strategy and update it on regular basis
Identify mental health and substance use related laws, with needed area of revision or reinforcement of implementation
Ensure the maintenance of a map for key stakeholders in collaboration with the policy and advocacy officer
Engage with key stakeholders and advocate for:
the revision of needed mental health laws
better implementation of the current laws in line with human rights and international conventions
a higher number of mental health users association
for decreasing stigma and discriminations related to mental health and substance use disorders
Participate in the weekly meeting and team capacity building activities
Perform other activities as needed by the programme
