Education Assistant

-      Conduct outreach activities in ITS and villages to identify and select beneficiaries to be referred to FE -      Verify the actual living conditions of children and as well as parents -      In collaboration with the shadow teachers, collect information of beneficiaries by performing home visits in order to identify and refer most vulnerable cases to CP/case manager to follow the referral pathways -      Ensure active participation of all children at the recreational/PSS and classroom activities -      Conduct classroom visits and help teachers/educators to manage classes during NFE BLN catch up and remedial courses if needed -      Participate in the organization and execution of the distribution of materials for all project beneficiaries -      Facilitate the relations between parents and teachers (by forming and supporting the CEC) Collect data attendance form the filed animators and report to the officer
