The Nawaya Network is a non-profit based in Beirut that develops the talents and skills of youth from low-income, marginalized, and at-risk backgrounds.   The Nawaya Network will be launching a new program to support out-of-school and unemployed Syrian and Lebanese youth between the ages of 15 - 24.  The program will be launched in Spring 2016, and we are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to do the following: Design and develop data management tools  Manage the data-gathering process for submission of quarterly results and performance reports Monitor performance and progress toward program goals Support the development of tools and guidelines for data collection, collation, and reporting Prepare analytical reports, evaluation or assessment reports, as needed
