English Language Teacher- Grades 9 Through 12

Grades 9 through 12   -         Familiar with new teaching techniques/not a traditional teacher -         Enthusiastic and patient -         Able to teach content and skills in English language, literature, composition and reading based on a pre-set curriculum -         Adapts English language material and methods to develop proper lesson plans and assignments that guide and challenge students. -         Develops lesson plans as well as additional material compatible with the students’ level of performance as well as potential.     -         Evaluates both academic and social growth of students -         Prepares report cards with proper remarks and recommendations -         Keeps records of students’ progress, attendance -         Encourages students to work independently and provide them with working techniques -         Identifies student needs and coordinates with school members -         Communicates effectively with parents and personnel -         Able to administer level appropriate tests -         Familiar with the Lebanese curriculum -         Taught grade 9 and 12
