Training Expert

Objective: The objective of this position is to develop a distance- learning strategy, including necessary tolls and training material to medical teams; in order to build capacities and develop competencies throughout out medical team. Responsibilities:   Together with the Medical team of the projects, assess and identify training needs of all medical staff Develop and implement a distance-learning and training strategy in order to respond to the identified needs, in consultation with the HR department of the project in Beirut, the training and development Unit in headquarters and the medical team of the projects Find appropriate distance learning solution and develop the necessary tools (pamphlets, training guides, online sessions, videos….) to respond to all needs and ensure consistency and development of all medical staff, with the help of the training unit in HQ and the HR department in the project and the IT department when needed. Implement the training strategy and ensure all material and tools are properly developed and implemented. Monitor the implementation phase, ensuring quality and efficiency of the tools and training material. Develop parameters and evaluation tools to measure results. Qualifications:   Minimum a BA degree in HR/Admin or related social science Minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing training programs and tools Previous experience with designing training strategies Proven written and oral and written communication in English and Arabic Highly organized with proven experience from administrative work, with ability to handle multiple priorities at a time Working knowledge of Excel and Word Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills Pro-active and resourceful, results oriented Collaborative, constructive, team oriented Flexible work approach and flexibility to travel Commitment to MSF’s humanitarian values and to humanitarian work MSF field experience an asset
