1. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT The applicant will work within the Communicable Diseases department, MOH 2. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT Accountability (key results that will be achieved) -              Follow up with on all logistics related issues Responsibility (process and functions undertaken to achieve results) •             Coordinate with the different partners. •             Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages •             Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences •             Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies •             Provide word-processing and secretarial support •             Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member •             Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence •             Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages •             Respond to public inquiries •             Provide word-processing and secretarial support •             Perform any other duties requested by the Head of the CD department 3 REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: •             Managing performance •             Managing resources •             Analytical thinking •             Technological awareness •             Planning •             Change Capability and Adaptability 4. ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.  •             Holding Lebanese Nationality •             Having a BS in public administration, technical management or related field •             Excellent coordination and analytical skills
