Main Job Duties: Assess the risks in order to take the most appropriate decision Apply the security rules Participate in the trainings concerning these risks Know how to communicate and to work within a team. Participate in these themes trainings Effectively master the distinction between the roles and places of coordinators and field’s professionals Well manage the two programs ‘teams concerning human resources  Ensuring a working visibility and research partnerships within the community and voluntary network Supervise the administrative responsibilities Perfectly master himaya’s two programs global content as well as the communication department’s one. Know how to perfectly present the association (the different intervention strategies in the resilience program and the prevention’s program’s curriculum) to be able to transmit them to the environment Ensure a complete regular and updated Mapping concerning the different institutions, NGOs & region’s centers. Send the mapping on a monthly basis (in the monthly report) Initiate good contact and documented visits in the different institutions, NGOs and region’s centers. Send the documented visits ‘results on a monthly basis. Ensure a link between Himaya’s different programs and the environment. Know of all the procedures linking between the programs. Represent the different programs as Focal points in the regions depending on the head of program’s exact demands Receive the institutions new training requests and orient them towards the training’s program’s senior trainer. Guarantee institutional meetings time, animate and ensure all the meetings reports. Guarantee the use of institutional formats by the resilience’s program’s professionals. Coordinate well with the communication’s department’s events (price offers, samples, transportation and installation in all events…) Validate the expenses based on the given budget
