Manage the overall CP intervention by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and TdH-It quality standards;
Prepare, in coordination with key staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans, financial projections and evaluation tools;
Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for ongoing activities.
Constantly updates the PM on the project progress or on any modifications that need to be taken regarding the implementation process;
Ensure the best use of resources and support the Programme Administrator in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses;
Conduct frequent field visits to all project sites in North Bekaa;
Establish an efficient remote control mechanism in case of not accessible areas due to security reasons;
Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions;
Report to donors through both formal and informal briefings, annual and semi-annual reports, and maintain ongoing dialogue;
Assure that child protection standards are understood and applied and support the CPOs in establishing a clear referral system.
Maintain and strengthen the relations with the other organization dealing with CP and psychosocial support.
Represent TDH-It in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;
Participate in the planning of new project proposals and in the implementation of assessment for new projects based on the strategy approved by the Delegation.

Experience required:
Qualifications, experience and competencies:
University Degree in humanitarian affairs, social science, law, development studies, psychology, human sciences or relevant field.
At least 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in humanitarian affairs, human rights, child protection, emergency preparedness, crisis/emergency relief or rehabilitation or other related area with a minimum of 1 year experience in management of emergency response or humanitarian relief context (though experience in a development context is also highly regarded).
Able to work in unstable, uncertain or potentially dangerous environments, independently and in a team.
Strong cross-cultural communication and resilience skills are very important.
Experience in supervising and mentoring other staff.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
Language/s: Fluency in Arabic and Good command of English.
