Human Rights And Protection Coordinator (National Position)

Human Rights coordinator (85 %) Coordinate the Human Rights program, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; Administer program funds efficiently in line with donor requirements and NPA financial policies and standards; Provide proper and timely reporting to donors; Develop M&E frameworks and indicators for reporting; Provide technical support to local implementing partners in program planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting; Provide technical support in mainstreaming human rights in other development programs; Assist in developing new proposals and programs related to human rights and/or protection; Monitor and report on the protection and human rights situation in Lebanon; Participate in relevant national and regional human rights event and clusters; Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time. Communications coordinator (15 %) Provide technical support on advocacy and communications to the Development Department; Together with top management and HD communications manager, manage and provide material for NPA Lebanon’s web site, social media, merchandise, and other publications from the DP program; Provide support on external communications to top management whenever needed; Provide technical support on advocacy and communications to local partners.
