Job Purpose: Maintains safe and secure environment for visitors in addition to office and paper work
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard and maintain security of premises.
Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
Escort individuals to specific locations and to provide personal protection.
Serves clients by backing-up receptionist
Pay transportation fees for beneficiaries
Greet visitors
Book Taxis
Look after the filing
Photocopying and binding
Updating contact lists
Scheduling appointments
Any other duties when required
Education degree and work experience required : High school degree pr equivalent and 1 to 2 years of work experience
Office Experience, Telephone Etiquette Skills, Typing, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills
