Er Nurse

Minimum required knowledge & experience: Professional Nursing diploma (registered nurse) 3 - 5 years’ work experience in similar function Very good knowledge of spoken and written English Very good computer skills Good communication, analytical and team leadership skills   Standard function description: Actively participates in planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating patient care, ensuring a standardised approach to nursing care by following agreed ICRC standard protocols, guidelines and hospital policies. Contributes to the development and implementation of ICRC nursing protocols in close collaboration with the Emergency room team. Contributes to the collection of data required for the monthly statistics. Performs various office duties on the computer Coordinates with the social worker field officer for issues related to the patients arriving in the hospital. Assists in training sessions (seminars, bed side, other specific topics) Reports to the mobile ER nurse for medical technical issues and to the hospital project manager for operational and security issues Supports the Hospital Project Manager and/or mobile emergency room nurse in other activities related to the operation of the project at RHUH   Start of work : January 2016            Working base : Rafic Hariri University Hospital             Deadline to apply : December 3rd , 2015
