Accountant

Specific duty Filing administrative documents as per TdH administrative procedures. Follow up on fuel consumption and Fuel Gift Cards system. Follow up on communication costs (postpaid phone lines and relevant invoices and payments, recharge cards, etc) Follow up on HR related daily tasks (Ids, leaves, insurance, etc.) Supporting the Financial Officer in daily accountancy tasks (preparing payments, filing invoices, etc) Photocopying, scanning and  other daily office work Support the Financial Officer and the Logistician in following up the projects inventory Secretarial services; Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the Financial Officer and/or the Program Administrator.   Requirements Bachelor or University degree in economics, accounting, finance, administration, or other related field; Two years of relevant experience and technical work in the sectors of administration and finance (experience in emergency project will be an asset) Good knowledge of the INGO administrative procedures Experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control and managing grants Ability to work under pressure Strong communication and organizational skills Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
