Child Protection Officer

 Enhance project efficiency and effectiveness through implementation follow-on activities with various partners; Bolster the technical approach of the partners as well as ensure on-going mentorship and capacity building support;  Ensure that quality and protection standards are implemented and respected in all implementation sites;  Compile feedback from the field on the implementation methodology including challenges and lessons learned; Develop a Child Friendly Spaces manual and provide revisions/updating of methodologies used; Update monitoring and evaluation tools that can provide to RI's program management team information appropriate to assess the program quality; Conduct community assessments to identify critical protection needs of children in order to develop effective program interventions; Prepare background information and analysis; Assist in the reporting on program implementation and in the preparation of reports and project documents. Prepare timely situation analysis reports on the status of the child protection activities; Assist in administrative matters related to the Child Protection activities.
