Communication Officer

Basmeh and Zeitooneh is seeking to hire a motivated, outgoing and hardworking Communications Officer to develop the organization's web content and other Responsibilities: Working with Senior Management to research and write content for the website. Writing, Developing and editing all of the organization's communication materials. Managing public relations with the media and the press; in order to promote community awareness and the visibility of the organization's Community Centers, including its programs and services. Supporing management team's development and maintenance of a Communications strategy and contributing to the development of a communications policy for Basmeh adn Zeitooneh. Qualifications: Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional, collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization as well as the media. Must be willing to work in Shatilla refugee camp in Beirut.
