Team Leader

Overall Responsibility Team Leader will be responsible for assisting and providing supports to the Child Welfare and education Projects in the implementation of PSS and Educational activities and events in Al Bikaa Area. Main Duties and Responsibilities Assessing children needs. Establishing suitable goals, action plans and time lines. Working alongside other professionals in planning how best to help a child and the child's family in the community. Running group sessions in a training capacity for other professionals, such as social workers, and volunteers. Supervising the volunteers team professional performance, including training, monitoring, and assessment. Providing ongoing guidance and support to volunteers in the field/ project areas. Convening team meetings to ensure communication and quality control. Maintaining contact with Child Welfare Project Coordinator. Respecting and applying Islamic Relief policies and procedures such as “Child Protection Policy”.
