  Case Processor Job Description       GENERAL DESCRIPTION                                                                                                       Reference number: LE16RE01       Resettlement Support Center Turkey & Middle East serves as a regional office for the United States Refugee Resettlement and Cultural Orientation Program in the region. ICMC Beirut operates the US Resettlement Program in Lebanon and operates in a dynamic work environment. Job descriptions/duties may change as operational needs decrease or increase. Resettlement Support Center ICMC Beirut staff are employed on a casual hire basis. ICMC is an international non-governmental organization serving and protecting uprooted people–refugees, internally displaced persons and migrants–regardless of faith, race, ethnicity or nationality.           DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:       Under the overall supervision of the Processing Supervisor and the direct supervision of the Out-Processing Supervisor, the Case Processor will perform the following functions:       Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and implement policies in accordance with US Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees & Migration (DOS/PRM) guidelines for United States Refugee Admission Program (USRAP) Complete daily clerical Out-processing Unit activities, including the preparation of medical forms, travel packets, out-processing correspondence Execute Quality Control Reports and take action on necessary cases that require follow up Complete file review for cases that have completed USCIS adjudication Provide operation and logistical support as an ICMC deployee to USCIS missions. Scan and photocopy all documents required for each refugee file for the purpose of out-processing Work closely with the Out-Processing Unit Supervisor to track medical, cultural orientation and travel related activities Perform other duties or special assignments as may be assigned to ensure efficient processing and operation of the ICMC Refugee Resettlement Program Adhere to ICMC’s standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and security protocols     REQUIREMENTS:   Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent experience   QUALIFICATIONS and KEY COMPETENCIES:   Strong organizational and time management skills Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; Competency in other statistical/reporting programming is desirable Excellent communication skills Ability to follow directions and implement policies and procedures with a positive and receptive attitude  Ability to work effectively under stress and in a multicultural team Respect for diversity Ability to maintain high performance standard with attention to detail Previous experience in humanitarian and/or refugee fields is advantageous
