Teachers (Kgs & Cycle 1)

Primary & KGs school teachers develop methods of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. They facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by their organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment. Primary & KGs school teachers develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude. They assess and record progress and prepare students for examinations.. Tasks for teachers are but not limited to: Teaching proposed curriculum; Taking responsibility for the progress of a class Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment; Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that outfit for the needs of the whole ability range within their class; Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation; Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of students' development; Providing feedback to parents and  participate in parents' meetings; Working with others to plan and coordinate work; Meeting with other professionals, when required. Others as required by the Education Coordinator Qualifications Oral and written communication skill in Arabic and English Typing skills in Arabic and English Demonstrated capacity to innovate and think creatively Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
