About the jobAssist in implementing CSP activities in his/her AOR. Empowering targeted beneficiaries and help them improve their skills in order to be effective in their societies.
Duties• Conduct FGDs and fill out questionnaires with beneficiaries to assess POC’s needs and interests• Raise awareness about the CSP initiative and mobilizing communities actors to submit proposals;• Attend the activities, trainings and courses to evaluate the performance of the trainers and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.• Provide constant feedback to his/her supervisor on progress, lessons learnt, achievements, gaps, issues and problems.• Set the daily/weekly/monthly work plan, in coordination with the CEL manager.• Conduct need assessments with host and refugee communities including municipalities, community representatives and youth (maintaining gender balance) in coordination with CEL manager;• Assess sector procurement needs in collaboration with the CEL manager.• Organize administrative/financial/logistics matters related to the activity.
About youTo be successful in this role you must have university degree in social field, Fluency in English written and spoken and minimum 2 years experience in similar field work
Ideally you will also have Masters degree and experience with NGO.
We offerAn interesting job in one of the world’s best NGOs. DRC will offer the successful applicant a contract until 31st of December 2015, renewable dependent on both funding and performance. You must be available to start work from the 1st of September 2015 and be willing and able to work in Tripoli.Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for National staff. Basic Salary: 965 $ per month.
