Hr Intern

Under the overall supervision of RMO, the incumbent will provide Human Resources support to IOM Beirut Office.  In particular, he/she will:   In coordination with the other HR staff, provide human resources support to IOM Beirut office. Maintain personnel files of National staffs and HR roaster files. Maintain and update overtime record/compensatory leave. Maintain annual and sick leave records in a monthly basis of all staff and give report to supervisors as and when required. Assist in checking daily attendance log. Receive and review payments. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• Higher Secondary education is required.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision; ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team.
