  Under the overall supervision of Chief of Mission and direct supervision of Resource Management Officer, direct technical guidance of the Regional ITC Officer and coordination with ITC-SC, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting on the maintenance, support and implementation of the ITC Infrastructure for IOM Lebanon Office.   a- Assist in providing onsite end-user support for IOM staff and remote support for sub offices b- Support in the overall maintenance of present and upcoming ITC equipment, as well as Local Area Networks (LAN) and ITC systems c- Assist in installing, configuring and upgrading hardware and software for desktops and laptops (Windows, MS Office, Antivirus and in house produced software) and other network components in close coordination with the supervisor. d- Assist in virus detection, Malware/Spyware, removal and prevention for all systems. This will involve downloading the latest Anti-Virus signatures for Data Protection. e- Replacing other ITC Assistant of IOM Lebanon during his/her absence. f- Maintain IOM ITC standard and policies g- Any other duties as may be assigned
