-Function responsibilities include:
Administrative and legal framework
Support the HR/FIN assistant to:
• Apply MSF policies and procedures
• Prepare contracts in conformity with legal requirements
• Assure appropriate quality and up-to-date personal files at all time.
• Prepare certificates and other HR documents when needed
• Assures salary administration
Finances Management
Responsible for the cashbox
Responsible for timeliness and quality paper accounting (vouchers) according to MSF standards
Responsible for performing internal controls as per MSF guidelines: daily cash counts, weekly cash inventories, end-of-month cash inventories
Ensure control of receipts and payments to suppliers comply very strictly with MSF financial guideline and the purchasing/validation/payment procedures for the mission
Assist Admin assistant in any type of administrative management
Human Resources Management
• Help to organize the recruitment process.
• Participates in the organization of social events for the staff.
• Prepares all correspondence with local authorities (i.e. tax offices, ministry of labour)

-Experience required: Minimum 1 year relevant experience with demonstrated skills in Finance and accounting management and familiar with HR management policies and tools.
-Required qualification:
• Fluent English / Arabic
• Familiar with accounting basics and principles, very at ease with numbers, good logic, able to produce basic tables, good knowledge of Excel, able to understand and comply strictly with procedures.
• Mature, open-mind person with good organization, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills, ability to listen, diplomatic, service and solution oriented.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
• Sense of discretion.
