DRC is simultaneously maintaining the efforts toward the vulnerable groups of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.  For further information about DRC, please refer to our website: www.drc.dk About the jobUnder the overall supervision of the Bekaa Area Manager and the direct supervision of the Bekaa Area Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of all DRC's operations in collective sites in North Bekaa Duties•Manage the implementation of CSMC activities as per the grant requirements, ensuring that budget and logframe obligations are met.•Manage the CSMC team in your location, helping them to plan their work; supporting them with programmtic challenges, and motivating your team.•Oversee and ensure that the CSMC department submit internal and external reports in a timely manner and to a high standard.•Support in the development and implementation of SOPs for core CSMC activities, in coordination with other CSMC managers, Area Programme Managers and the National Programme team.•Coordinate with other NGOs, local authorities and service providers in your area to ensure that the CSMC team can assist residents in collective sites to receive basic assistance.•Participate in local coordination forums in order to represent DRC’s work, advocate on key issues relating to DRC’s CSMC programme, and support the establishment of common SOPs for CSMC activities in your area. About you   To be successful in this role you must have Master degree  preferably in Political or Social Sciences, Business Administration, Migration Studies, International Relations and/or Law; 3 years of experience in the field of humanitarian interventions in emergency and post-crisis environments, humanitarian assistance, human rights; demonstrated expertise in community mobilization and/or development projects; demostrated experience in external coordination; demostrated experience in information management.   Ideally you will also have Camp Management Training and ToT; experience in liaising with governmental authorities, other national/international institutions; demonstrates good knowledge of UN and NGO mandates and programmes in the humanitarian responses, refugees, post conflict construction and development; previous experience in CCCM/CSMC is an asset; experience in delivering tranining/capacity building. You must be available to start work from 15th July and be willing and able to work in Baalbek.This position will be placed at level D1 during the probation period, equivalent to a Basic Salary of 2,015 USD per month.
