DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIRED SERVICE PROVISION   Main objective: To follow up and finalize the methodological guide that Handicap international will develop based on its partners’ (CBRA and FGC) key principles, intervention approaches, practices and tools used in implementing holistic mental health rehabilitation services targeting children and their families.     The trainer’s /consultant tasks:   Facilitate  Four  workshops conducted by Handicap international in participation of project partners, for the aim of developing the methodological guide. Review of the prepared methodological guide document to give feedback and suggest modifications if needed at level of content and format   Meanwhile, HI will have a role beside the trainer as follows: Decide on the guide’s structure with the partners feedback through first workshop Facilitate the selection of practices/approaches/tools through the workshop Decide with the partners on the action plan for the whole activity Facilitate the writing process through workshops Comment and validate all written content. Write the parts introduction/context and principles and benchmarks (models, approaches) Compile all the documents and send it to the external consultant for the review Send the document for validation to the two partner’s teams Send the document for validation to RTU   Expected deliverables:   A reviewed methodological guide on intervention approaches, practices and tools.   CONSULTANT/ TRAINER(S) PROFILE:   Mandatory for the external consultant: Public health background Experience in assessment and evaluation of mental health practices, approaches, etc. Familiar with the context of the Palestinian camps.   Complementary Experience in working in international/inter-cultural settings Understanding of Lebanon context in general and Palestinian context specifically related to mental health issues.   Required language skills The workshops will be done in Arabic The methodological guide document  will be done in English
