Administrative Secretary

1-      Maintaining all official and legal documents used by the accounting and the financial department. 2-      Responsible for archiving all vouchers and documents issued by the accountant and cash controller. 3-      Copying all accounting vouchers and supporting documents in order to be archived by project and available upon request.(Double archiving) 4-       Responsible for archiving and keeping records of all documentations maintained and issued by the Financial and accounting department. 5-      Take on other administrative tasks as assigned by the Management.
