Restaurant And Wedding Hall Supervisor

a well reputed restaurant in Tripoli is looking for a supervisor with the following criteria: - Working hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day - Age: under 30 years old - experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry - Responsible of the restaurant and wedding hall activities - Team Work - Make sure that the customer is satisfied - Maintain the services quality by  controlling the food presentation, lighting, music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware. - Coordinate the weddings and other events - Managing and controlling the waiters.
