Training And Development Officer

  Objectives and responsibilities: Design and develop training programs in coordination with the heads Identify training needs within arcenciel, through job analysis, program and departmental strategies analysis (action plan, SWOT, KPI…), regular consulting with program and department heads by estimating a regular training material needed Find in-house qualified staff to conduct the training provided based on skills assessment Search and stay up to date with the various developments in training programs provided and build training materials and tools in coordination with the chosen trainer: Powerpoint presentations, role play, and Exercise simulation Ensure the consistency of the training support with the arcenciel identity, spirit and culture Manage the delivery of training programs Organize the logistics for training activities Ensure their operability before each training Manage the training section of the Human Resources department Ensure monitoring of performance and skills evaluations with upper managers Evaluate the costs of the provided trainings by staying in the predefined budgets Keep an updated record for arcenciel training programs Prepare a feedback form to analyze the effectiveness of the given training and improve future trainings Write training report after each training and send it to heads Develop the arcenciel training tools Research new technologies and training methods Develop a database system of training needs from skills assessment Create a database for External training organizations   Skills: Dynamic Creative Detail oriented Analysis and synthesis capacity Organizational skills Presentational skills Excellent communication & writing skills Patience Works under pressure Meet deadlines   Computer literacy: MS Office
