FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Minimum required knowledge & experience: . High school or professional diploma . 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field . Good knowledge of written and spoken English . Good computer skills . Capacity to apply ICRC rules and procedures . Capacity of treating information confidentially Standard function description: · Handles the reception of visitors by welcoming and orienting them to the appropriate ICRC employee · Performs administrative work · Monitors telephone bills · In charge of mailing · Handles switchboard operations
