Outreach Agent

  Job title (or Position): Outreach agent Reports to                  : Family follow up and legal sectors coordinator Liaises with                : Admission social workers   Basic functions, the job holder is involved in: Promoting CDLL programs and services to all interested organizations (mainly hospitals, municipalities, parishes, universities, schools, NGOs, government agencies) families or individuals (psychiatrists, lawyers, judges) Participating in developing presentation tools and content Participating in developing, retaining, recording and updating CDLL external relations Managing an outreach voluntary group Ready to undergo other tasks upon management request Ready to participate in offered trainings and community activities Education: Bachelor in social work, marketing, communications or HR management. Experience: 3 years in relevant areas Other requirements & skills Gender: female Age: 25-40 Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and French Computer skills:  Competent in using Word, Excel Personal attributes Committed Christian, honest, transparent, patient and humble Excellent communication skills, team player, creative, multi-task oriented Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and seriousness Handles crises and emergency situations and adapts to change Punctual, active and dynamic Result oriented Additional Information  This position requires the availability of a car and the acceptance of a flexible work schedule.
