Cash Project Manager

MAJOR TASKS Ensure the relevant project documents (Agreement, Budget, DIP, TORs, Governance structure) are up to date. Ensure that timely planned activities agreed on DIP is implemented, share the issues blocking the operation quickly with management Ensure staffing plan in place and liaise with respective departments to hire and sit in the interviews of the key people. Ensure a project star up workshop is conducted on the first phase of the project of increase awareness of the team. Ensure that each step of the this project is well coordinated and implemented ( Data collection, analysis , inclusion, exclusion, targeting, communication to beneficiaries , distribution, post monitoring and evaluation) Asses the project implementation and ensure to report according Coordinate the project standards with Cash Technical Specialist Coordinate the field operation with security team Coordinate all data collection, PDM and others Asses the project implementation and ensure to report accordingly Ensure the control mechanism of cash transfer are inline with WVI’s standards as well as donor. Develop cash forecast on the monthly basis. Ensure this information is shared with Lead Agency through finance accordingly Monitor the project expenditure and avoid over/under spent beyond 10% KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Excellent written English with good command with spoken Arabic and English A high level of networking skills is required Ability to travel across the country Strong capacity building and facilitation skills Ability to cope and maintain performance expectations  under pressure Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment EXPERIENCE   3 to 5 years Experience in project Management and budget Management 2 years experience within the NGO context proven experience in managing staff
