Basmeh and Zeitooneh is currently seeking an executive assistant to work within the organization’s headquarters in Furn el chebbak.
Responsibilities:
Performing basic administrative tasks (answering phones, emails, correspondences, photocopying, mailing, filing).
Prepares correspondences, reports and presentations upon the request of senior management.
Edits documents, reports, and organization’s written material.
Manages senior management’s schedule and manages office calendar.
Records and distributes minutes of meeting, as requested by senior management.
Prepares agenda for senior management and schedules meetings.
Provides briefings on meetings to senior management or to staff, as requested.
Skills required:
A college degree is preferred; certified professional secretary highly desirable.
Must have superior communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Must be highly organized with a proven ability to multi-task.
Experience:
Must have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position in a reputable firm or organization.
