Mercy Corps is recruiting a Short-term Survey and Data Specialist for an upcoming School Lunch program in Lebanon. The Consultant will be responsible for the development of a:
Monitoring and Reporting Plan that incorporates Mercy Corps Livelihood Indicators
Basic Log Frame of program activities
Baseline and Endline Survey Quesionaire
On-line Database ( Formhub etc)
Monthly Reports on outcomes and lessons learned with pictures
Mid-Term Evaluation methodology
Final Report including lessons learned
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data analysis required
Experience managing survey activities
Experience using online database platforms such as Formhub
Experience developing survey questionnaires specifically around economic impact
Experience working with M&E indicators.
Demonstrable and excellent English writing skills.
