Social Worker   Employer: Irshad and Islah Islamic Beneficent Association/ Kitaf for Humanitarian Aids Deadline for applications: 15/1/2015 Contract: Full time position Location: Beirut – Cola – Center Mariam Bent Oumran Working area: Beirut and Beirut Suburb     JOB DESCRIPTION   The social worker will provide social counseling and assistance in response to the needs of vulnerable people living in targeted areas by informing them about their rights and responsibilities as well as referring them to benefit from humanitarian, psychosocial, economical, and medical assistance services provided by Irshad and islah or offering a referral to another NGO who can meet their needs.   TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & organizing health, psychological, educational & social programs and projects and ensure effective implementation and evaluation. Conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families Social intervention programs with individuals families and groups, and writing reports about that. Writing proposals, progress as well as final reports to donors. Conduct field visits depending on the follow-up to be provided to each beneficiary (hospital, school, …) Maintain a professional network and documentation for proper referral to institutions or services Conduct working groups with women, men, youth and children Conduct a need assessment of the sector based on qualitative and quantitative research methods applied Develop and negotiate action plans for the promotion of human being consistent with the mission, vision, values and Strategy of Irshad and Islah association Experience required:  2 to 3 years   Field of education: Bachelor degree in Social Work, Social Sciences or Psychology.   Miscellaneous Arabic: Fluent                English: Good              French: preferable Period: contract for 6 months then full time position Salary: 800$ or to be modified  based on Degrees and Experience. Submission guidelines: CONTACT INFORMATION Head of Kitaf Department: Ibrahim Ahmad Libdi Email: Mariam.sheikh@irshad-islah.org Fax:  01/311970 ext:102   " قطاف" تفتح للعمل آفاق عاجل عاجل...   أخصائية إجتماعية المؤسسة: جمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح الخيرية الإسلامية/ قطاف للأعمال الانسانية آخر وقت لتقديم الطلبات: 15/1/2015 نوع العقد : عقد عمل بدوام كامل المكان: بيروت – الكولا – مركز مريم بنت عمران منطقة العمل : بيروت وضواحيها الوصف الوظيفي   تعمل الأخصائية الإجتماعية على تقديم المشورة والمساعدة للأشخاص طالبي المساعدة في محيط العمل ، من خلال توعيتهم على حقوقهم الانسانية ومساعدتهم على الاستفادة من البرامج الإجتماعية، والنفسية، والإقتصادية، والتربوية، والصحية التي تقدمها المؤسسة والتي تخدم حاجاتهم، أو من خلال تحويلهم إلى مؤسسات اجتماعية تلبي حاجاتهم غير متوفرة في المؤسسة.   المهام والمسؤوليات تخطيط، وتنفيذ برامج تربوية، وصحية، ونفسية، واقتصادية، واجتماعية، وتقييم مدى فعاليتها. زيارات منزلية للأسر طالب المساعدة لتقييم حاجتهم، واعداد تقرير بالحالة. التدخل الإجتماعي مع الأفراد والأسر والمجموعات واعداد تقرير مفصل عن عملية التدخل. اعداد مقترحات مشاريع وتقارير مرحلية وتقارير نهائية لتنفيذ المشاريع الممولة من جهات مانحة. زيارات ميدانية لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني و التنسيق معها في سبيل تقديم الخدمات الفضلى للأسر ( مستشفيات، مدارس ...) إجراء مجموعات عمل مع النساء والرجال والشباب والأطفال  إجراء تقييم احتياجات مجتمعية على أساس طرق البحث الكمية والنوعية المطبقة إعداد وتطوير مخطط العمل لتأمين احتياجات الأسر بما يتفق مع مهمة ورؤية وقيم واستراتيجية جمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح.  سنوات الخبرة المطلوبة خبرة عمل تتراوح بين السنتين والثلاث سنوات المستوى التعليمي المطلوب شهادة ليسانس في مجال الإشراف الصحي الإجتماعي أو علم الاجتماع أو علم النفس. اللغات العربية : بطلاقة                الإنكليزية: جيدة                الفرنسية : يفضل   مدة العقد: تعاقد تجربة لمدة 6 أشهر ثم تثبيت بعد ذلك. الراتب :800$ أو يعدل وفق الشهادات  وسنوات الخبرة لإرسال السيرة الذاتية:   ترسل الطلبات إلى البريد الإلكتروني: Mariam.sheikh@irshad-islah.org هاتف وفاكس :   - ext:102311970-01
