Field Coordinator

Coordinate activities to be implemented by Health Care Centers and Hospitals for the follow up of pregnant women during pregnancy Coordinate referral mechanisms between the center and to the hospital Coordinate with the center director and other operating health facilities to properly implement planned activities Oversee the Implementation of Health education sessions Coordinate with Mayors and other key leaders to facilitate implementation of health awareness activities Report monthly on activities implemented: Tracking and record keeping and information sharing Report on any difficulty encountered Attend the monthly coordination meetings held.
