Security Guard

  JOB DESCRIPTION Visitors: ·Security guard should be stationed opposite the entrance to the WTTC facility 24/7 ·He must stop and check identification of all visitors before entering the WTTC facility. Only those people known to him as ICRC interlocutors or those with ICRC referral documents will be allowed to enter the ICRC facility (If in doubt ask the WTTC administration or nursing staff on duty). ·He must inform ICRC management and get the green light before allowing people without identification/documentation who wants to enter the facility and insist to enter. ·Direct people visiting the WTTC outpatient facility to seats in the corridor and instruct them not to move around the ward unless asked to do so. ·Register all non-WTTC staff in the registration book provided by ICRC. ·Ask people who have been seen at the WTTC OPD to leave the facility immediately unless requested otherwise.   Security: ·Security guard must visually check the facility when empty, at least x 1 every hour. ·If there are any security concerns or threats, the WTTC staff on duty must be immediately informed, as should the WTTC hospital management. ·Should there be a security incident, a short and concise written security report would be required. ·Aware of all-important contacts in case of emergency. ·Ensure that the facility is free from security potential incidents (fire, thefts, flood, etc.) by checking opened windows, doors (outside, inside), etc ·Know the place of fire extinguishers and how to use them
